BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Trevor Archer is presently working as Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He received his Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology at Uppsala University, Sweden. He has the position of Guest or Visiting Professor at University of Hawaii at Manoa(1994), Örebro University(1996-2006), Karlstad University (2000-2004), Kalmar University (2003-2013), Madrid University(1991-2009), Sapienza University, Rome(2013-2016).
Dr. Trevor Archer received an Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award from St. Joseph’s College, North Point (2010); an Honorary Doctorship, Professorship and Membership Awards from the Polish Academy of Science Pharmacological Society (May, 2013); and the Sansone Award for Studies in Well-being (April, 2014): School of Medicine, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. And he is acting as an active member of several professional societies. He also serves as Editorial Board member and reviewer for a various peer-reviewed journal and has numerous publications.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Trevor Archer’s research interest focuses on affective disorders, personal attributes, neurocognition, neurotoxicity and neurodegenerative disorders, physical exercise and brain disorders.
