BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Huchang Liao is currently working as a Research Fellow, Business School, Sichuan University, and China. He received his Ph.D. in University of Granada (Spain) Information & Communication Technologies.
Dr. Huchang Liao as authored/co-authored over 40 technical papers published in refereed international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Information Sciences, and Knowledge-Based Systems etc. Nine of his papers have been selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers and two of them have been selected as ESI Hot Papers. He serves as a member of editorial board member. He is published in many articles. He serves as a reviewer for more international journals
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Multiple criteria decision analysis under uncertainty, Business intelligence and data science, Soft Computing, Fuzzy set and Computing, Computing with words, Healthcare management, Evidential reasoning theory with applications in big data analytics, etc
