BIOGRAPHY:
Lee-Hoon Ho, a senior lecturer at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Terengganu, Malaysia. She is the current Postgraduate Coordinator in the Faculty of Bio resources and Food Industry. She received a B.S. degree in Science Bio industry from the Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia in 2009 and was awarded Ph.D. from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, in food Processing and Preservation in 2013. She is active in the area of food processing and food product development since 2010. Her current research involves food processing, food product development, and bakery products technology. She has published many important journals and chapter in book in high impact journals. In recognition of her work, she is often invited as external examiner for postgraduate viva-voce and as reviewer in peer review journals at a national and international level.
