BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Lin received his Ph.D. from the Department of Earth and Environmental Engineering at Columbia University (USA). He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering. His research focuses on development of advanced materials and catalysts for energy and environmental applications. In the past few years, he has been becoming one of leading experts for environmental applications of metal organic frameworks (MOFs) and their derivatives. He has also served as reviewers for more than 60 high-impact journals. Dr. Lin has co-authored more than 77 SCI journal papers.

Nanoscale functional materials for adsorptive removal of pollutants
• Environmental reductive and oxidative catalysis
• Elimination of Disinfection products and Advanced Oxidation Processes
• Oil-water separation and demulsification
• CO2 capture and conversion, and catalytic biomass conversion
