BIOGRAPHY:
Carla Maria Ferreira Guerreiro da Silva Mendes is Nurse director at hospital center of Setubal, Portugal. She is currently working as a teacher at the school of nursing of the Portuguese Red Cross health since 2006. She has completed her masters in school health and graduate studies in health services management.
Carla Maria Ferreira Guerreiro da Silva Mendes has participated as a member of various scientific committees and in scientific events, contests. She was a member in jury review of scientific articles related to health and nursing, published in various national and international magazines. She has published several articles in international journals, related to themes in the field of child health and pediatrics, patient safety, as well as several presentations in national and international scientific events.

Carla Maria Ferreira Guerreiro da Silva Mendes research interests include School violence/ bullying, Patient safety, Health of children and young.
